    PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME POLICY

    • HOLIDAY UPDATE: Current processing time is 1-3 business days.
    • Most items are in stock and ready to be shipped.
    • Customs, Sparkle & Modified Ears may take 1-2 extra days.

    • Ground Advantage orders will be delivered in 8-10 business days.
    • Priority Mail orders will be delivered in 5-8 business days.
    • RUSH ORDER orders will be delivered in 3-5 business days.
    • We also offer Resort Delivery and Local Pick up around the Orlando FL area.

    Keep in mind that these lead times are based on most of our orders (95%, to be exact). There are occasions where USPS may experience delays or issues so we can't guarantee delivery timings under all circumstances.

    • All orders are shipped on a first-come first-served. Except orders with RUSH ORDER. Those will be shipped next morning or same day prior to all orders.

    • USPS may or may not scan your package once it leaves our studio. Most of the times it gets scanned at the distribution center so please give up to 24 hours for tracking to update. If your orders is marked as shipped it means it's packaged and USPS has picked up.

    LOCAL PICK UP

    Order Processing Time:
    • Pickup orders typically take up to 24 hours to be ready.
    • For urgent orders, please contact us via chat, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    Pickup Hours:
    • Standard pickup is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
    • After-hours or weekend pickup is available upon request. Please contact us via chat to arrange this in advance.

    Friday Orders:
    • Orders placed on Fridays will be ready for pickup on the following Monday unless prior arrangements have been made.
    • If you need an urgent pickup on Friday or over the weekend, please confirm with us via chat.

    Pickup Confirmation:
    • Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with the pick up adress.
    • To avoid delays, please contact us via chat as soon as possible with your desired pickup date and time if you haven't scheduled yet.

    RESORT DELIVERY

    Eligible Delivery Locations
    • We deliver to all Disney Resorts and nearby hotels in Orlando, Florida.

    Placing a Resort Delivery Order
    • Select the “Resort Delivery” option under “Ship” at checkout.
    • Please place orders at least two days prior to your desired delivery date.

    Weekend Deliveries
    • Orders for weekend delivery must be placed by 2:00 PM on Friday.
    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
    • For last-minute or weekend orders, please message us via chat to confirm delivery availability.

    Required Information for Resort Delivery
    • When placing your order, provide:
    • Full name, resort name, reservation number, phone number, and stay dates.
    • If your reservation is under a different name, include that name.
    ALL information must be sent via our website’s chat support to ensure timely delivery.

    Delivery Timing
    • Deliveries are scheduled to arrive at the resort’s concierge or front desk the night before your arrival date.

    Collecting Your Package
    • It is your responsibility to collect your package from the concierge or front desk upon arrival.
    • Notify the concierge of your expected delivery at check-in for smoother retrieval.

    If Your Package Cannot Be Located or Accepted
    • If the resort cannot locate your reservation or refuses the package due to incomplete or incorrect information, you are responsible for the cost of a second delivery attempt.
    • To avoid issues, please ensure all provided details are accurate.

    For a seamless delivery, accurate information and timely pickup are essential.

    RETURN POLICY

    • Easy Returns: At Little Ears Boutique, your satisfaction is our mission. If you’re not happy with your order, you may request to return it within 3 days of delivery for full refund or up to 7 days for store credit, no questions asked. However, please note the following conditions to ensure a smooth return process.
    • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please reach out to us via Chat Support within 3 business days. If you reach out after day 3 we will do our best to assist you with a replacement or store credit. No refunds will be issued for damaged ears if reported after 3 days. 
    • Custom and Altered Items: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made or altered products due to their unique nature.
    • Condition of Return: Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging/plastic for a full refund. If not we have the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
    • Refund Process: Upon receiving your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

    Return Deadline: The package must be handed to and scanned by USPS within 5 days from when the return is approved. If the return is not in possession of USPS by the 5th day you will only be eligible to receive 50% refund as store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS

    • Self-Paid Return: Customers must provide proof of return shipment with a receipt image or tracking info via our support chat.
    • Label from LEB: If provided with our return label, no need to update us as we'll have access to tracking info.

    PLEASE READ:  By purchasing from our website, you understand and agree that these policies are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, we have encountered instances of abuse of our return policy, where customers use items during their vacation and then attempt to return them. This practice is unfair and places a significant strain on our finances as a small business.

    How to Process a Return

    1. Initiate a Return: To begin your return, please log into your ACCOUNT on our website.
    2. Access Your Orders: Enter the email associated with your order to receive an access code. Once you enter the code, you’ll see a portal with all your past orders.
    3. Request a Return: Select the order/item you wish to return, and submit your request. We’ll process your return within 72 hours and provide further instructions.
