  • NO RETURNS or refunds on custom ears or altered products. 
  • If you received a product damaged, defective or different than ordered please contact us through the Chat Support. 
  • Items must be unworn and packaged in the same condition it was delivered.

GET STARTED HERE: To request a return, please visit your ACCOUNT. Enter the email you used to place the order to receive a code. Once the access code is entered, a portal with all previous orders will open. From there you are able to request which order/item you would like to return. We will process within 72 hours.
