Our Story

Little Ears Boutique was born in 2020, right before the world changed during the COVID-19 pandemic. What started as a small family idea quickly became something much bigger than we ever imagined.

Founded by husband and wife, Michael and Carolina, Little Ears Boutique began as a way to create a flexible opportunity that allowed Carolina to work from home while caring for their two children. What started from their living room soon turned into a growing family-run business built on passion, creativity, and hard work.

After attractions and travel began reopening, we spent countless late nights designing, crafting, and shipping each order by hand. Our goal was simple — to create lightweight, high-quality headbands and themed ear designs that felt stylish, durable, and most importantly, comfortable enough for all-day wear without the headaches or pressure often found in traditional designs.

As demand grew faster than we expected, we made the life-changing decision to leave our jobs and fully dedicate ourselves to Little Ears Boutique. That allowed us to focus on improving product quality, strengthening customer service, and creating faster turnaround times for our customers.

Today, Little Ears Boutique continues to grow as a family-run business. Every design is handcrafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail to help bring a little extra joy, fun, and sparkle to vacations, celebrations, matching moments, and everyday memories.

Carolina is the heart of organization and quality behind the brand. A perfectionist by nature, she brings thoughtful finishing touches, consistency, and attention to detail to every handmade piece.

Together, with the help of their children, they remain fully hands-on in every part of the business — from design and production to quality control and customer satisfaction — ensuring each order is created with care and delivered with love.
