Bride Mickey Ears comes with two veil sizes.
- Long Veil has two tiers, 20" and 25" long and 75" wide
- Short Veil is one tier, 15" long and 55" wide

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME POLICY
- Current processing time is 1-2 business days.
- Most items are in stock and ready to be shipped.
- Customs, Sparkle & Modified Ears may take 1-2 extra days.
- First Class orders will be delivered in 7-9 business days.
- Priority Mail orders will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
- RUSH orders will be delivered in 3-5 business days.
- We also offer Resort Delivery if you are coming to Orlando FL.
Keep in mind that these lead times are based on most of our orders (95%, to be exact). There are occasions where USPS may experience delays or issues so we can't guarantee delivery timings under all circumstances.
- All orders are shipped on a first-come first-served. Except orders with RUSH shipping. Those will be shipped next morning prior to all orders.
- USPS may or may not scan your package once it leaves our studio. Most of the times it gets scanned at the distribution center so please give up to 24 hours for tracking to update. If your orders is marked as shipped it means it's packaged and USPS has picked up.
STORE POLICIES
- Order Cancellation: Due to the possibility of same-day shipping, we cannot guarantee order cancellations. If you request a cancellation before your order is fulfilled, we will do our best to accommodate.
- Product Design: The colors and sizes of some embellishments may differ slightly from the photo.
LOST PACKAGES POLICY
- Once the package leaves our studio, we can't hold responsibility for any lost, damaged, or delayed deliveries.
- In case an order tracking number appears as 'delivered' on the system, we won't be accountable for shipping another item. It would be appreciated if you checked with your local post office for more information.
- If the package gets lost during transit, we offer a one-time discount code for 50%, in case you wish to order replacement items.
- If package is delayed by USPS or you didn't calculate the production and transit time, we will not be responsible for paying return label. All information is available before you placing the order. If the delay was caused by us we will gladly send you a return label.

RETURN POLICY
- Easy Returns Within 5 Days: At Little Ears Boutique, your satisfaction is our mission. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 5 days of delivery, no questions asked. However, please note the following conditions to ensure a smooth return process:
- Custom and Altered Items: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made or altered products due to their unique nature.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please reach out to us via Chat Support immediately for assistance.
- Condition of Return: Items must be returned unworn and in the same condition as they were received.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Return Deadline: The package must be handed to and scanned by USPS within 5 days from when the return is approved. If the return is not in possession of USPS by the 5th day you will only be eligible to receive 50% refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Self-Paid Return: Customers must provide proof of return shipment with a receipt image or tracking info via our support chat.
- Label from LEB: If provided with our return label, no need to update us as we'll have access to tracking info.
Please be aware that this policy is non-negotiable. Unfortunately, we have encountered instances of abuse of our return policy, where customers use items during their vacation and then attempt to return them. This practice is unfair and places a significant strain on our finances as a small business.

How to Process a Return
- Initiate a Return: To begin your return, please log into your ACCOUNT on our website.
- Access Your Orders: Enter the email associated with your order to receive an access code. Once you enter the code, you’ll see a portal with all your past orders.
- Request a Return: Select the order/item you wish to return, and submit your request. We’ll process your return within 72 hours and provide further instructions.
