Unfortunately, we can't extend this guarantee to future boxes as we prepare the gifts in advance. However, if you encounter any issues, please reach out to our support team via chat, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Each month will bring a unique selection, and the photos you see are provided to give you an idea of the types of products you might receive.

Each month, we meticulously choose products to fill your boxes. Many of these items are crafted by our creators in the studio, ensuring a unique touch. Each product will carry a hint of Disney magic to brighten your home.

At times, you might discover licensed Disney products sourced directly from authorized Disney suppliers.

Boxes are shipped every month on the 10th. Cutoff date is on the 5th.

If you place an order before the 5th at 11:59 PM EST your first box will be shipped within 2-3 business days and the second box will be schedule for the 10th of the same month unless you skip it.

If you place an order after the 5th at 11:59 PM EST, your first box will be shipped between the 11th and 16th of same month ,and the second box will be scheduled for next month.

You are billed immediately when you make your first purchase, regardless of when you signed up. We will ship your first box 1-2 days once you order.

Recurring payments will be billed on the 10th of the month.

After placing your subscription order, you'll receive a Congratulations email containing essential information. In this email, simply click on "Manage Subscription" to proceed with the following steps:

1. Provide the same email address used for the purchase.
2. Expect a 6-digit security code sent to your email. Enter this code to access your account.
3. Once logged in, click on "See more details" to explore further options.
4. Here, you can update your payment method, customer details, and view your order history.
5. Additionally, on this page, you'll find options to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription—all conveniently accessible from one place.
